Terms of use
The rules of the road for your yatra.
Last updated: 28 October 2026
The short version. Puzzle Yatra is free to play and every level can be beaten without paying. Coins, boosters and other items are for fun inside the game: they have no cash value and can't be swapped for money. Purchases go through Google Play or the App Store, under their refund rules.
Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you and IQLEXA Technologies Private Limited, which publishes Puzzle Yatra under the name INCUBICS ("we", "us"). They cover the Puzzle Yatra game, the online services it uses and this website. By playing, you agree to them and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't play.
Who can play
Anyone can play Puzzle Yatra. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to sign in or buy anything, and they agree to these terms for you.
Your account
- You can play as a guest, with your progress kept on your phone, or sign in with Google or Apple to back it up.
- You're responsible for what happens on your account, so keep your Google or Apple account safe.
- Don't sell, share or buy accounts.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings. See Delete your account.
Fair play
When you play, don't:
- cheat, change the game or its saves, or use bots or tools to play for you;
- change your phone's clock to get daily rewards, lives or challenge rewards early;
- exploit a bug instead of reporting it to us;
- attack, overload or reverse-engineer the game or our services, except where the law allows it.
If we find cheating, we may remove the rewards it gave you, reset your progress, or close your account. If you think we got it wrong, email support@puzzleyatra.com.
Challenges and prizes
Challenges such as the Yatra Race and Rath Yatra are races against travellers run by the game, for in-game rewards only. Nothing in Puzzle Yatra pays out real money or real-world prizes, and it must not be used for betting or gambling of any kind.
Coins, boosters and other items
- Coins are earned by playing (levels, challenges, the Lucky Chakra, postcard sets and optional videos) or bought in packs. You spend them on boosters, extra moves and lives.
- Boosters and unlimited lives help you finish levels faster. Every level can also be won without them.
- No Ads removes the full-screen ads that can play after a win. Optional reward videos stay available. It is a one-time purchase.
- The Yatra Pass unlocks a premium reward track for the season you buy it in.
Coins and items are a licence to use them in Puzzle Yatra. They aren't money, they have no value outside the game, and you can't sell them, transfer them or cash them out. We may change what coins buy or how items work to keep the game balanced, but we won't take away something you've paid for without giving you something of equal value or a refund. Deleting your account deletes your coins and items; one-time purchases such as No Ads can be restored from your Google Play or App Store account.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store and are covered by their terms. Prices are shown in the store before you pay, and include taxes where the store adds them. Refunds are handled by the store: Google Play (request a refund) or Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under consumer law.
If you're under 18, ask a parent or guardian before buying anything. Parents can require approval for purchases in Google Play's or Apple's family settings.
Ads
Reward videos are always your choice. If an ad fails to load or doesn't finish, you may not get the reward. We aren't responsible for what advertisers' ads say, but we limit ads for children to ones suitable for all ages.
Our game
Puzzle Yatra, its characters, art, music, code and name belong to us or the people who license them to us. The landmarks in the game are painted from real places to celebrate them; they don't suggest that anyone who manages those places endorses the game. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play it on devices you own or control, for your own fun and not commercially. You may share screenshots and videos of you playing, as long as you don't suggest we endorse you.
Changes and availability
We're always working on Puzzle Yatra, so levels, challenges, festivals and prices will change. We may update, pause or stop the game or its online services. If we shut the game down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice in the game. We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell you in the game, and playing after it takes effect means you accept it.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Puzzle Yatra running, but the game is provided "as is" and "as available": we can't promise it will always work, be free of bugs or keep your progress if something goes wrong. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if that's more. Nothing here limits responsibility that can't be limited by law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please email us first and we'll try to sort it out. If we can't, the courts of India have jurisdiction, but if you live elsewhere you keep the protection of your local consumer laws and can bring a claim there.
If you got Puzzle Yatra from the App Store
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for Puzzle Yatra or its content, has no duty to provide maintenance or support, and isn't responsible for any claims about the game, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection or intellectual property claims. If Puzzle Yatra fails a warranty that applies to it, you can tell Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. You confirm you aren't in a country under a US government embargo and aren't on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and can enforce them against you.
