Delete your account

In the game (fastest)

1. Open Puzzle Yatra and tap the gear button to open Settings.
2. Tap Delete my account and data.
3. Tap Delete everything to confirm.

Your progress is deleted from your phone and, if you signed in, your cloud save is deleted from our servers straight away. The game then starts again from the beginning.

Ask us to do it

If you've uninstalled the game or lost your phone, fill in this form. Use the email address of the Google or Apple account you signed in with, so we can find your account. We'll email you to check the request is yours, delete your account within 30 days, and email you again when it's done.

Send deletion request

Played only as a guest? Your progress is kept only on your phone, so uninstalling the game deletes it. We have nothing else to delete, but you can still send the form and we'll confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account with us (the account ID, and the email and name Google or Apple shared).
• Your cloud save: levels, stars, coins, boosters, landmarks, postcards, challenge progress and the record of what you bought.
• Your progress on the phone, when you delete in the game.

What we keep, and for how long

• Your deletion request and our reply, for 1 year after we finish it, so we can show it was done.
• Game stats and crash reports, which don't include your name or email, until they expire under Google's settings (14 months for game stats, 90 days for crash reports).
• Google Play and the App Store keep their own records of what you bought. Purchases that last, like No Ads, can be restored from your store account if you play again.
