Child safety standards

Puzzle Yatra is a family game. Here's how we keep it safe for children.

Last updated: 28 October 2026

Puzzle Yatra has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). To report a concern, email safety@puzzleyatra.com. If a child is in immediate danger, call 112 in India or your local emergency number.

These standards apply to Puzzle Yatra, published by INCUBICS (IQLEXA Technologies Private Limited), on Android and iPhone, and to puzzleyatra.com.

How Puzzle Yatra is built to keep children safe

  • No chat or messaging. Players can't send each other text, images, voice or video, and there are no friend lists or profiles to look up.
  • No contact with strangers. The travellers you race against in challenges are run by the game. Nobody else sees your name, progress or anything about you.
  • Age screen. The game asks a player's age first. Children (under 18 in India, under 13 elsewhere) get only non-personalised ads suitable for all ages, the advertising ID isn't used, and no game stats are collected about them.
  • Parents decide on sign-in. In India, a child can't link a Google or Apple account themselves; a parent has to.
  • No personal details asked for. The game never asks for a name, phone number, photo or location.
  • Purchases through the store. All purchases go through Google Play or the App Store, where parents can require approval.

What we prohibit

Nobody may use Puzzle Yatra, its support channels or this website to create, share, request or link to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), to groom or sexualise children, or to attempt to contact a child for sexual purposes. We report anything like this to the authorities.

How to report

  • Email: safety@puzzleyatra.com. Please don't send us images of abuse; describe what you saw instead.
  • In India: report child sexual abuse material at the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, cybercrime.gov.in, or call the cyber crime helpline 1930. For a child who needs help, call CHILDLINE 1098.
  • Anywhere: the US National Center for Missing & Exploited Children takes reports at report.cybertip.org.

What we do with a report

  1. We review child safety reports first, within 24 hours.
  2. Where we find CSAE, we report it to the relevant authorities, including the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal in India and, where required, NCMEC. We keep the evidence the law requires and give it to law enforcement when they ask.
  3. We tell the person who reported it that we've acted, without sharing anyone else's personal data.

Complying with the law

We comply with child safety laws that apply to us, including India's Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Our child safety contact

The person responsible for child safety at Puzzle Yatra can be reached at safety@puzzleyatra.com. They can speak about our CSAE prevention practices and how we comply with these standards.
