If you had signed in, reinstall the game and sign in with the same Google or Apple account. If you played as a guest, your progress was kept only on that phone, and we can't recover it, sorry.

Videos for rewards are always your choice. The full-screen ads that sometimes play after a win stop for good once you buy anything in the game, including the No Ads pack.

Yes. Children get only ads suitable for all ages, with no personalisation, and there's no chat. In India, a parent has to sign in for a child under 18. See our child safety standards. To stop purchases, turn on purchase approval in Google Play or Apple's family settings.
